A quote that only says "genuine SANY crane parts" can price the wrong crane family, or leave out who calibrates the part and what the claim terms say. Record the full model, the serial, and the old-part label, then keep only the quotes that name the supply type, the included and excluded items, who calibrates, and the written claim terms.

Blank metal plate on a yellow crane cab beside a second blank plate on a hydraulic manifold.

The machine plate and the component plate are different records. Both plates in this photograph are blank. Copy the model and serial from your machine plate, and the old-part label from the component. No part number is shown.

Fill one row per quote on the matrix below. This page is that blank record. It does not choose a supplier, publish a part number, or confirm that a part fits.

InputWhat to writeWhy it matters
Crane family

The family you can state, such as truck crane or crawler crane, or "unknown"

"Crane parts" alone leaves the family unnamed

Full model

The model as printed on the machine, or "unreadable"

Every quote has to use the same machine

Serial

The serial as printed, with unreadable characters marked

A part is checked against the serial range that was confirmed

Old-part label

The label text copied from the removed part, or "no label"

It is the record of the part itself in your file

Supply type

Original, specified-quality, or a named replacement

"Genuine" on a quote still needs one of these three names

Included and excluded items

What the quote lists, in its own words

A lower price can be a smaller scope
Calibration or safety setup

Who does it, as the quote says, or "not stated"

Setup after fitting is part of the quote, or it is missing

Claim terms

The terms written on the quote, or "not stated"

A return for a wrong part follows what the quote wrote

A cell marked "unreadable" or "unknown" can travel with the request. Copy each cell from the machine, the removed part, or the quote in front of you.

Which crane family is this quote for?

Write the family before you compare the quotes. SANY's parts navigation lists truck cranes, all-terrain cranes, rough-terrain cranes, truck-mounted cranes, crawler cranes, tower cranes, and loader cranes as separate families. That menu names product families. It prints no part number, and it is not a fitment table.

A quote that says only "crane parts" has not named the family. Ask the supplier to write the family on the quote. If you cannot name the family, write "unknown" and let the model and serial carry the identity. A photo of the whole machine is a weak way to fill that cell.

A crane quote on this site uses the same request flow as other machines we support. The check uses your model and serial. Keep this file off the excavator model pages.

What supply type is named?

The quote should name one of three supply types: original, specified-quality, or a named replacement when the old number has been superseded. When it is a replacement, the quote names that replacement.

Those three are the supply types on our about page. SANY Parts is an independent exporter in Changsha. We are not SANY Group and not an authorized dealer. We quote a supply type we can deliver.

If the quote says "genuine" and names none of the three, write "not stated" in the supply-type column and ask again.

What does the old-part label say, and what is included?

Copy the label from the removed part as printed. A published seller page asks for the component plate, together with the model and serial, before it will match a crane part. Copy that plate. The same page also claims stock, calibration, and a list of assemblies. Those sentences stay that seller's claims. Your file keeps the label you copied.

Removed hydraulic pump on a wooden bench with a blank metal tag hanging from it.

The tag on the removed part is the old-part label. This tag is blank. Write the text from your own label. Mark a character you cannot see as unreadable. If the part has no label, write no label.

How to tell a genuine SANY part from a copy is a way to look at a label and a serial together. It does not compare quote terms. For the photo steps, use how to photograph a part for identification. If a number is already printed and only needs copying, use how to find a SANY part number. The printed number is what you ask for. The supplier still has to fill the columns below.

Then copy, from each quote, the items it includes and the items it excludes. Use the quote's own words. If the quote lists nothing, write "not stated". Two quotes that use the same part words can still cover different scope.

Who calibrates, and what do the claim terms say?

When a part needs calibration or safety setup after it is fitted, ask who does that step. Write the answer as the quote states it. A general sentence on a seller's website leaves your crane's setup unnamed. If the quote is silent, write "not stated".

Then copy the claim terms. Our terms are written on each quotation. We do not repeat official SANY dealer or manufacturer warranty language. If a part is wrong against the serial range we confirmed, the return follows the quote terms. Hold every other quote to the same test. The terms are the words on that quote.

Write "not stated" when calibration or the claim terms are missing. That quote stays out of the comparison until the supplier writes the missing line.

The supplier-evidence matrix

Two similar hydraulic motors on a bench, one with a blank tag and one with no tag.

A tag you can read becomes label text. A part with no tag is written as no label. An empty cell is neither of those, and that row is not ready to compare. These parts are unlabeled examples, not a catalog.

Fill one row per quote. The crane family, model, serial, and old-part label should match on every row. When they differ, the quotes were written against different information.

The matrix is blank. Leave a cell empty, or write "not stated". Keep a seller's model list and assembly menu off this table.

A row is not ready to compare when any of these is true:

  • The model is blank.
  • The serial is blank.
  • The old-part label is blank. "Unreadable" or "no label" is an answer. A blank cell is not.
  • Calibration or safety setup says "not stated".
  • Claim terms say "not stated".

For delivery, copy what the quote says, including the destination port you named. If the quote says nothing about delivery, write "not stated". Leave any transit time off the row.

What this page does not decide

  • Part numbers. None are published here. Keep an excavator number off a crane request.
  • Model fitment. A seller's model list is a menu, and this page has no fitment table.
  • Load tests, LMI adjustment, or wiring. This page does not teach them.
  • Supply of a boom, an outrigger, or another structural part.
  • Official SANY warranty terms.
  • Price, stock, or lead time.
  • Which supplier is best.

The SANY spare parts hub sorts excavator part families. A family page there does not name a crane part.

What to send us

Start with three items.

Swipe or scroll horizontally to view the full table.

ItemWhy we need itExample format
Full model

Keeps a crane quote off an excavator or a different crane family

The model as printed, or "unreadable"
Serial

We check a part against the serial range we confirm

The serial as printed, or "unreadable"
Old-part label

Identifies the part itself, not only the machine

The label text, or "no label"

Send the full model, the serial, and the old-part label on WhatsApp from the button below. We read those three and tell you whether we can quote a supply type we can deliver, and whether calibration responsibility and claim terms are written on the quote. That reading does not confirm stock, fit, a price, a calibration, or a reply time.

Method note

The sentences about supply types, claim terms, shipping, and the shared request flow come from this site's published rules on the about and machines pages. The crane family names come from SANY's parts navigation, fetched on 11 October 2026 and reread on 13 October 2026. That menu lists families and prints no part number. The request for a component plate, and the stock and calibration claims, come from one seller page read on the same dates. They stay that seller's statements. A search of our research library on 13 October 2026 returned no crane-parts document, so no specification is stated. The matrix is a blank form. The photographs are unlabeled examples of where to look. No machine was identified and no quote was tested for this page.
