Send the model, serial number and photos of the old part. We can often identify the number from the casting marks, connector layout or a superseded tag. The SANY parts catalog is the browsing path if you only know the machine type.
Do you supply genuine, OEM-sourced or aftermarket parts?
We quote the supply type we can actually deliver for that request. We do not call a part genuine or official unless the sourcing trail supports it.
Can you ship more than one model on the same order?
Yes. List every model and serial number. Mixed orders are common for fleets that run several SANY excavators.
Is every SY215C the same for parts?
No. SY215C, SY215LC and SY215E can differ in undercarriage, hydraulics and electrics. If the plate shows LC or another suffix, use that model or send the plate photo.
