Terms for using sanyparts.net and requesting quotes for SANY machine spare parts.

These terms govern your use of sanyparts.net (the “Website”) and any quote, catalogue or correspondence you request from SANY Parts.
By browsing the Website or submitting an inquiry you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
Who we are
SANY Parts is an independent spare-parts supplier. We specialise in parts used on SANY excavators, cranes, concrete machinery, road equipment, port machinery and piling rigs.
We are not SANY Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., and this Website is not an official SANY company site. “SANY” and related marks belong to their owners and are used here only to describe which machines the parts fit.

What the Website is for
The Website lets you:
- read product and technical information
- request a parts catalogue or a quote
- contact us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp
It is not an online shop. Prices, stock and lead times shown in a reply are not a binding contract until both sides confirm the order in writing (email is enough).
Inquiries and quotes
When you submit a form you confirm that:
- the name, email and machine details are accurate to the best of your knowledge
- you are enquiring on behalf of a business or as an adult equipment operator
- you will not send unlawful content, malware or bulk spam
We aim to reply within one working day (Monday–Saturday, 08:30–18:00 GMT+8). Complex lists or missing serial numbers can take longer.
A quote is an invitation to order. It may change if:
- the model or serial number does not match the part
- factory or warehouse stock changes
- freight, insurance or export documents change
- you ask for a different specification (genuine boxed, OE-equivalent, or substitute)
You are responsible for giving the machine model and serial number. A part that is one revision off can be unusable. We will check numbers against what you send; we are not liable for fitment if the serial or application you gave us is wrong.
Parts, quality and description
Unless a written quote says otherwise:
- we may offer original / OEM-boxed parts, OE-equivalent parts from the same class of factory, or a stated substitute
- we will say which of those you are being offered before you pay
- photographs and descriptions on the Website are illustrative
- packaging, branding and country of origin can vary by batch
We do not claim that every part is “genuine SANY factory boxed” unless that is written on the quote. Counterfeit or mis-described goods are not what we intend to sell; tell us in writing before you install anything if a delivery looks wrong.
Orders, payment and delivery
Payment terms, Incoterms, destination port and packing are agreed on each order. The Website does not process card payments.
Title and risk pass as stated on the proforma or invoice (for example EXW, FOB or CIF). Delay caused by export licence, customs, weather or the carrier is outside our control once goods are handed over under the agreed term.
Inspect parts on arrival and notify us in writing, with photos of the labels and packaging, before installation if you believe there is a shortage or a mismatch.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- scrape the Website in a way that overloads it
- submit false inquiries or harvest other users’ data
- try to access the admin area or other customers’ records
- use our content to pass this site off as an official SANY website
We may block an IP address or refuse an inquiry if we believe these rules are broken.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, photographs we own, and the SANY Parts name on this Website are ours or used under licence. You may share a link to a public page. You may not copy the catalogue we send you for resale as your own publication without permission.
Machine photos may come from public sources or suppliers and remain subject to their licences.
Disclaimer
Information on the Website is provided in good faith for general guidance (wear limits, service intervals, sourcing notes). It does not replace the official operation or parts manual for your serial number.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:
- downtime, lost profit or consequential loss
- damage caused by incorrect installation or by using a part after you saw a defect
- unofficial manuals or third-party websites we link to
Our total liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, except where the law does not allow that limit (for example personal injury caused by our proven fault).
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be settled in writing shall be submitted to the competent court in Changsha, Hunan, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms when the Website or our sales process changes. The date at the top of this page will be revised. If you continue to use the Website after a change, the new terms apply to that use.
