If you send only the words "sany concrete pump parts", the supplier can quote the wrong assembly. The chassis, the pumping section, and the delivery and wear parts do not share one part number. Record which of those three the item belongs to, copy the full machine model and serial number, and attach a photo of the old-part label. Send that record to the channel for the column and for the market mark on the plate. Use this page to make that record. It does not choose a pump capacity, describe a teardown, or set a wear limit.
Schematic, not to scale. An unbranded truck-mounted pump, split into the three columns used below. It is not a SANY model drawing.
Copy every character you can read. Write "unreadable" for a character you cannot see. A spare-parts order still needs the column, even when the part number itself is missing.
Which column does the part belong to?
Put the item in one column before you ask anyone to price it. Chassis is the truck that carries a truck-mounted pump. The pumping section is the mounted pump and boom. Delivery and wear parts are the pieces that carry concrete or wear in that circuit. If you cannot place the item, stop. Do not guess a column from a photo of the whole machine.
Swipe or scroll horizontally to view the full table.
| Chassis | Pumping section | Delivery and wear parts |
|---|---|---|
The truck under a truck-mounted pump: cab, truck engine, gearbox, axles and frame. Use this column only when the part is on the truck and outside the concrete circuit. | The mounted concrete pump and boom: pump, hopper, boom and the hydraulics that move them. Keep this separate from the truck drivetrain and from a pipeline piece. | Pipeline, couplings and pieces that wear where concrete passes. Copy the old-part label. Leave size, material and service life blank unless that label prints them. |
Record the truck or chassis plate: maker, model and serial. Copy any suffix on the machine plate into this row as well. | Record the full machine model and serial. Add a pumping-unit or boom plate when one is fitted. One photo per plate. | Record the label photo and the boom or line section the part came from. A measurement you took yourself stays marked as yours. |
Send it to the channel that supports that truck identity. On a trailer pump, line pump or placing boom, write "not applicable" and name the family on the plate. | Send it to the product-support channel for the machine's market. Keep a Putzmeister part on its own record. | Send a supply request with the label photo. Stop when the label is missing and the column is still unknown. |
This table is our ordering worksheet. It is not a SANY form and not a parts book. SANY's truck-mounted concrete pump directory, checked 11 October 2026, lists that family separately from trailer pumps, line pumps, placing booms, truck mixers and batching plants. The same directory shows more than one model entry, and some designations carry a parenthetical suffix. The page does not define those suffixes. Copy a suffix as printed.
The spare parts listing groups excavator families. It does not sort a concrete-pump chassis, pumping section and wear part. The hydraulic pumps page is an excavator pump page. A concrete-pump request does not start there.
For the photo order on a label, follow how to photograph a part for identification. That guide does not say which column a concrete-pump part belongs to.
How do I check the regional service channel?
Read the machine plate, including any suffix, and send the record to the channel for that market. Putzmeister America's SANY page, checked 11 October 2026, says SANY concrete machinery is supported by Putzmeister America, Inc. The page dates a collaboration with its parent company, Sany Group, to February 2020, and it describes Putzmeister sales, parts and service support for that offering. The page names the models in that offering. Compare your plate with that list before you use the channel. This guide does not copy those model names. The page does not say that every SANY pump in every market uses that desk, and it does not say that a Putzmeister part number replaces a SANY part number.
If the plate shows a different region mark, keep the mark in the record and use the channel for that market. An Americas support contact is the wrong desk for a machine whose plate names another region.
Machines we support uses one request flow for excavators, cranes, concrete machinery, road equipment and port machines. The flow still needs the column and the plate. SANY Parts is an independent supplier, not SANY Group, Putzmeister or an authorized dealer.
Schematic of the regional check. The Americas path is only the support relationship described on the Putzmeister America page checked 11 October 2026.
When do I stop because the documents are not enough?
Stop when the papers cannot support a column or a market. A row you have marked "unreadable" can go with the request. A character you filled in from a similar machine cannot.
- You cannot say which of the three columns the item belongs to.
- The model or serial is incomplete, and the missing characters would have to be guessed.
- A suffix is printed on the plate and the record leaves it off.
- The only description is a seller's size, material or life claim, and the old-part label is missing.
- The removed part came off a Putzmeister machine. Keep that identity. Do not relabel it as a SANY part.
Send the record when each row is filled or marked unreadable. Stop when the column or the old-part label is missing.
What should I send?
Send the worksheet and the photos it names. We check that record against the model and serial before quoting. The column alone does not confirm stock, fit or a repair. Open WhatsApp from the button and attach the photos there.
Swipe or scroll horizontally to view the full table.
| Item | Why we need it | Example format |
|---|---|---|
| Complete model, including any suffix | Selects the published machine identity | Typed as printed on the plate |
| Serial number | Selects the range a later check has to use | Typed from the plate, with unreadable characters marked |
| One column | Tells us which record to open: chassis, pumping section, or delivery and wear | "Pumping section, hopper" or "chassis, not applicable, trailer pump" |
| Old-part label | Shows the number and words actually fitted | Straight-on photo, plus every readable number |
| Quantity and destination country | Needed before a quote can be written | Number of pieces and the country |
Already have a number on the label? Record every number on it, including a component-maker number, using how to find a SANY part number. That guide does not decide the concrete-pump column.
When this guide does not apply
- It does not choose pump output, reach or pressure, and it does not describe how to strip a pump.
- It does not set a wear limit or a service life. The manufacturer pages checked for this guide do not state those figures for a serial number.
- It does not treat SANY parts and Putzmeister parts as one range.
- It does not confirm that a part is in stock, that it fits, or that anyone can repair the machine.
- Engine service intervals are a different job. They are not decided here.
Common questions about SANY concrete pump parts
Where can I get a SANY concrete pump parts manual or diagram?
Ask SANY or the dealer for the market named on your plate. Parts books follow the serial range, and we do not host them. A photo of the relevant page, with the item callout marked, can travel with the request. A list published for a different suffix is a lead, not an approval for your machine.
Does a parts list or catalog confirm that the part fits?
No. A public listing shows a name a seller chose to publish. Fit still depends on your serial, the column, and the old-part label, checked together.
Are SANY concrete pump parts and Putzmeister parts the same?
No. Putzmeister America's page describes product support for a SANY concrete machinery offering. It does not say a Putzmeister part number replaces a SANY part number. If the removed part came off a Putzmeister machine, keep that name on the record.
Can I order delivery or wear parts from a size I measured?
Not from this page. It does not publish consumable part numbers, sizes, materials or service life. Photograph the old-part label. If you also send a measurement, mark it as your own measurement.
Sources and method
- SANY truck-mounted concrete pump directory, checked 11 October 2026, for the separate product families and for parenthetical suffixes on some model designations. Output, pressure and reach figures on that page are not repeated here.
- Putzmeister America, SANY Concrete Machinery, checked 11 October 2026, for the Americas product-support relationship that page describes, including the February 2020 collaboration with Sany Group and Putzmeister sales, parts and service support. It is not used as a parts interchange list.
- A seller catalog of SANY concrete pump parts was opened the same day. Wear items, seals, switches and assemblies are mixed on it, and Putzmeister parts are a separate category there. No part number, size or material from that catalog is used.
- A research-library search on 12 October 2026 did not return a manufacturer document stating concrete-pump part numbers or machine parameters, so none are stated.
- Our about page for the independent-supplier boundary, and the request fields already used on our WhatsApp photo button.
