What to send with the RFQ
- Send the machine model exactly as it appears on the serial plate.
- Send the serial number and, if visible, the serial range or production year.
- Send the part number from the casting, tag or old invoice when you have one.
- If the number is missing, send clear photos of the part, ports, connectors and nameplate.
- We confirm fitment, tell you if a number is superseded, then send the quote and shipping options from the [[RFQ page|/request-a-quote]].
